At his wife's insistence, criminal defense attorney Björn Diemel - who specializes in organized crime - must get his work-life balance in order and is sent to a mindfulness coach. What Björn Diemel learns there and then successfully applies according to all the rules of mindfulness changes not only his life, but also the hierarchy in the criminal underworld.

In the end, Björn Diemel proves to be a model student of his mindfulness coach - albeit with fatal consequences, but for the good of his family.

Karsten Dusse is a lawyer and has worked for years as a writer for numerous television formats. He has been awarded the German Television Prize and multiple German Comedy Prizes, and was nominated for the Grimme Prize. "Achtsam morden" is his debut novel, which topped German bestseller lists for months and now comes to the stage of Toppler Theater.
