In my Sixties

For the season opening, Maren Kroymann presents her stage programme "In my Sixties" - a musical journey through the hits of the sixties, which also provided the soundtrack to her own adolescence.

Nostalgic retrospection is not her style: with soul and rock energy, she sings and tells stories about an era of upheaval and rebellion, when an entire generation felt understood above all by pop music - and by a life that was more colourful and wild than that of their parents' generation.

She is accompanied by the Jo Roloff Band: Matthias Binner (piano), Ralf Lehmann (guitar), HD Lorenz (bass) and Ralf Kuendgen (drums).
