Summer for Kids: A Jungle in Moomin Valley

It is scorching in Moomin Valley. So hot that Moomintroll gives himself a day off and can do nothing but simply exist.

Two windy travelers pass by and sell the Moomin family wonderful seeds from shade-loving jungle plants and fruits from distant lands. A bit of shade would be nice, so the Moomins plant these magical seeds. And behold: the dry Moomin Valley transforms into a dense mangrove jungle. But that is not all: suddenly the undergrowth teems with wild animals and causes terrible chaos. Only the Lord of the Jungle can help: Moomintroll! Now he has no day off, but plenty of work to do.

A stage adaptation inspired by the story of Finnish-Swedish author Tove Jansson. She created wonderful creatures - the Moomins - that make us laugh and think. Definitely worth watching!
