Food for Thoughts - The August House Guests Banquet at LCB

At the end of summer, writers from Luxembourg, Catalonia, Slovakia, Austria, Israel and the USA come together at the Literarisches Colloquium Berlin. Their work spans poetry, prose and transmedial forms.

Poet Chris Lauer has published two collections with Limbus Verlag in Luxembourg. Gerd Sulzenbacher writes and co-edits the Viennese journal "Triëdere", which appears twice a year and brings together texts from cultural theory, literature and the visual arts. Júlia Sentís from Barcelona writes poetry and researches the intersection of verse and movement practices. Zuzana Husárová from Slovakia works as a sound poet in an experimental and transmedial mode. Zach Williams writes American short fiction; Dror Mishani has expanded crime literature with a Hebrew-language strand, published in translation by Markus Lemke at Diogenes Verlag.

The Food for Thoughts banquet format lets guests eat, drink and talk directly with the authors.
