Following the success of the Italo-pop musicals "Azzurro" and "AzzurroDue", the Vespa adventure continues with "AzzurroTre". This time the destination is Bibione, "where Italy and Germany kiss". Rocky must win the casting for the big Megazambabumbabumbaconcer­t - a 30,000 euro fee awaits him. Frauke, meanwhile, is looking for an investor for her latest invention: a heat pump, a device with which she can sell the European winter - "the ultimate air conditioning" - to hot climates.

During their journey, both find themselves in absurd situations again and meet old and new companions like the Italo-pop icon Giannana Ninnana or Dipl. Psych. Ulla Sauerkraut-Levèvre, who always has relationship advice at hand.
