The Little Prince

THE LITTLE PRINCE
Family play based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's work, dramatized by Elisabeth Vera Rathenböck

In the middle of the desert, a crashed pilot and a little prince from a distant planet meet. The prince asks the pilot: "Draw me a sheep!" - and gradually the pilot learns about his journey through the cosmos: the little prince visited the lamplighter, the king, the businessman, and a geographer, but found no true friends anywhere.

Only on Earth does he succeed: A fox allows itself to be tamed and entrusts him with a great secret. Together with the pilot, the little prince can laugh, dream, and enjoy sunsets. But soon he realizes he must return - on his planet, a small, stubborn rose awaits him.
