Jin Jim - New Choices

Jin Jim is a German jazz quartet that blends Latin music, jazz and rock into a rhythmically complex yet accessible sound. At the heart of their music is the flute of Daniel Manrique-Smith, which takes an unusual lead solo role here, supported by Johann May (electric guitar), Ben Tai Trawinski (double bass) and Nico Stallmann (drums).

The band gained attention shortly after their formation through competition wins and international tours. Following their appearance at Jazz Baltica and collaboration with the ACT label, Jin Jim has established itself as a fixture in contemporary German jazz.
