Lily and Lily - A Comedy by Pierre Barillet & Jean-Pierre Grédy with Franziska Traub, Alexander Milz and others

Lily da Costa, an eccentric Hollywood film star of the 1930s, is definitely not having her best day: she is moody, unbearable, and making life hell for everyone around her. Her money-hungry husband Vlady wants to sell her intimate diary to gossip columnist Charlene, ex-husband Doug has escaped from prison and is hiding in her wardrobe, and maid Yvette and butler Odilon are plotting her kidnapping.

To make matters worse, Lily herself is far too drunk to hold the press conference that should save her career. Then her shy twin sister Deborah appears - wife of puritanical pastor Jonathan, living on a farm in Minnesota. Lily's manager Sam sees his chance, puts Deborah in Lily's dress - and the fun begins.
