Pasquale Aleardi & die Phonauten - "Live Highlights"

Pasquale Aleardi is not only an internationally successful actor but also a singer and entertainer. The Swiss performer with Italian-Greek roots has appeared in over 80 TV and film productions - including "Resident Evil", "Keinohrhasen", "Gotthard" and the ARD crime series "Kommissar Dupin", based on the bestselling novels of the same name. His role in the Broadway musical "Chicago" in New York made his passion for music impossible to ignore.

With his band "Pasquale Aleardi & Die Phonauten" - Jörg "Spike" Hamers and Marc "Mary" Leymann - he plays what he calls "anti-depression music": a blend of soul, pop and funk. The original songs, written in German, mix good-humoured wit with a thoughtful take on human relationships.
