Katharina Hack: "Keep your fingers crossed" - Piano Crossover

"Keep your fingers crossed! Piano Crossover!" - under this motto, Katharina Hack presents a programme that bridges classical works with her own compositions.

The first half features Chopin's Polonaise op. 26, No. 1 in C-sharp minor and Beethoven's "Waldstein Sonata" op. 53 in C major (I. Allegro con brio / II. Introduzione. Adagio molto / III. Rondo. Allegretto moderato).

After the interval, Katharina Hack (*1994) performs her own works: Intro. Chant, Green Song of the River fae, Butterfly, Satie in the Rain, Song of the Wind, Saestjarna July and Helix - framed by Chopin's Etude op. 25, No. 1 in A-flat major.
