GUEST PERFORMANCE

WENN ICH MIR WAS WÜNSCHEN DÜRFTE
Women of the 20th century sing their songs

With: Elisabeth Arend (vocals) and Victor Nicoara (piano)
Duration: approx. 1 hr 45 min. (incl. interval after approx. 45 min.)

Elisabeth Arend and Victor Nicoara take the audience on a musical journey through the chansons and cabaret songs of the 20th century. The spotlight falls on exceptional artists such as Claire Waldoff, Lotte Lenya, Topsy Küppers, Marlene Dietrich, Zarah Leander and Hildegard Knef - women who shaped the spirit of their era and captured it in their songs.

The programme blends Berlin wit, political-satirical bite and the glamour of great divas into a deeply personal evening.
