Theater im Palais is an intimate spoken-word theatre housed in the historic Palais am Festungsgraben in central Berlin. The elegant neoclassical building dates from the early 19th century and once served as a Prussian government residence. Today it stages plays, readings, and literary evenings in a setting that seats only a few hundred guests, giving performances an unusually close, chamber-like feel.
