Zelenka Festival Prague-Dresden - Zelenka Festival Prague-Dresden

The Dresden Chamber Choir and Prague Ensemble Inégal, conducted by Adam Viktora, continue their collaboration within the Zelenka Festival Prague - Dresden with two concerts on 15 and 16 October 2026. Following last year's performance of "Psalmi Varii Separatim Scripti", this time the focus is on "Miserere": Jan Dismas Zelenka's "Miserere" in D minor and his arrangement of Gregorio Allegri's famous "Miserere" will be heard.

Zelenka, court composer in Dresden, combined Czech, German and Italian influences in his works into an original, colourful musical language - his compositions are also a testament to the early modern cultural exchange between the two cities.
