"Tussipark" - Premiere

A karaoke comedy by Christian Kühn
Low German adaptation: Markus Weise
Directed by: Inge Misegades-Kroll

Men are like teeth: first you struggle to get them - and once you have them, they often cause trouble. Grit, Jennifer, and Pascaline come to this realization faster than they'd like. Jerome, meanwhile, has had enough of love - and the world - after a failed wedding. He'd rather hide in his car in the basement garage of a shopping mall.

When chance brings the four together on a Saturday evening, just before closing time, more than just different life philosophies collide. Longings, disappointments, and plenty of blunt truths emerge. Between biting humor, witty dialogue, and surprisingly touching moments, there is laughter, argument, and comfort.

In the end, it becomes clear: however different they may seem - in their hearts they perhaps carry the same wishes... and the same frustration.
