The play takes the audience to East Germany just before the fall of the Berlin Wall: a group of young people stages a self-written theatre piece that asks uncomfortable questions about freedom, truth and courage - and in doing so, draws the attention of the state authorities.

The drama explores friendship, civil courage and the price of speaking up.
