The Dream Eater - after Michael Ende - A Musical Fairy Tale for Children Aged 4 to 10

In the Land of Sleep, the most important thing for everyone is to sleep well - whoever sleeps best becomes king. Only Princess Sleepy is not looking forward to bedtime: she is afraid of falling asleep because she often has bad dreams at night. Doctors from all over the country cannot help her, and soon people whisper: "It's a shame! The princess - the king's daughter! - no longer sleeps!" So the king himself sets out to find a cure for bad dreams. Just when he is about to give up, he meets the Dream Eater, who happily devours all the bad dreams and leaves only the good ones...

Dance, music, puppet play and shadow theatre tell a story of fear and courage, doubt and risk, hope and trust - based on the book by Michael Ende. Duration: approximately 50 minutes.
