Online lecture with discussion

Under the theme "System change in the archive - challenges and opportunities", Dr. Beate Sturm, head of the Kleve district archive, presents her experience migrating from FAUST to ActaPro Desk. The lengthy process taught her a great deal: the key steps involved, the pitfalls to watch out for, and the approaches that proved most effective for a safe and efficient data transfer.

About the venue: LVR Kulturzentrum Abtei Brauweiler

The LVR Kulturzentrum Abtei Brauweiler is a former Benedictine abbey in Pulheim, near Cologne, whose origins date back to the 11th century. The Romanesque monastery complex - one of the best-preserved in the Rhineland - now serves as a cultural centre run by the Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR). Concerts, exhibitions and public events take place in the historic rooms and courtyard throughout the year.
