The BIG CITY LIGHTS Day Retreat at Hall 13 of the CD Kaserne in Celle brings together powerful Vinyasa yoga, Pilates, a sound bath and meditation - accompanied by electronic sounds from Celle-based live DJs Risha & OrJay.

The retreat is open to all women, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The focus is not on perfection, but on switching off, letting go and recharging.
