Description was written before the event

Patrick Snow performs in Magdeburg on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 20:00 at Grüne Zitadelle Magdeburg. This is one of nine German dates on his "Love Stories" tour, an intimate programme centred on love and the songs that inspired it. Grüne Zitadelle is a distinctive pink building designed by Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, his final major project, completed posthumously in 2005. The undulating façade and green roofs create an unusual setting for a concert where Snow plays guitar and piano, interpreting classic love songs alongside his own compositions. Tickets cost 29.90 €.

About the venue: Grüne Zitadelle Magdeburg

The Grüne Zitadelle is a striking pink residential and commercial building designed by the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser - his last major project, completed posthumously in 2005. The curving, organic facade is covered with grass-topped roofs, golden onion domes, and uneven floors inside. The complex hosts a small hotel, shops, and a tourist information centre, and regularly serves as a backdrop for cultural events and guided tours.
