Fine dining meets suspense - guests at the Die Kirche restaurant in Magdeburg are in for quite an evening: elegantly served food and a spontaneously staged show. Kriminal COMEDY Dinner is a delicious three-course meal in stylish surroundings, wrapped around an interactive crime comedy:
"Hauptkommissar Schröder ermittelt"
This new Kriminal COMEDY Dinner production by the two successful authors of "Testament à la Carte" follows the eccentric Chief Inspector Schröder as he tries to solve a baffling murder - and gives the audience's funny bones a thorough workout along the way.
Chief Inspector Schröder rushes to the crime scene on his own birthday, only to narrowly escape becoming a victim himself. Fortunately, he and his new partner Pit Zimmermann have agreed on a code word. His incompetent boss, the forensics team and his "charming" mother are all making his life difficult - and as if that weren't enough, Susi has now gone missing. Who is Susi??
Whether Chief Inspector Schröder can crack this tangled case is something you'll have to find out for yourself.
New in the programme: the show now features plenty of live, handcrafted music, which both multi-talented performers weave skilfully into the plot. After all, the guests should get what they deserve:
SEM: Spying - Extortion - Murder, or Spinaci, Espresso, Morte (as the Italians say).
A two-person show with sixteen characters - the two actors play nine roles themselves, while the other seven are willingly filled by volunteers from the audience.
The tempting three-course menu is created and served by the kitchen team at Die Kirche restaurant. The thrill for nerves and palate starts at 19:00; doors open at 18:30.
