"The Frog King" - fairy tale with Parktheater Edelbruch

Parktheater Edelbruch from Berlin brings "The Frog King", freely adapted from Jakob and Wilhelm Grimm, to the stage. The princess ponders: must she keep her promise, even though she only made it to an ugly frog? Outside the castle gate, loud croaking fills the air - and to make matters worse, her father arrives, a man who takes such things very seriously.

Kristin Giertler and Thomas Kornmann tell the fairy tale in their own script: light-footed rhymes combined with elements of improvisational theatre and puppetry. The show is aimed equally at children from age 3 and adults, inviting both watching and joining in, and runs for 50 minutes.

Admission: 10.00 EUR for adults; children and teenagers enter free. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance.
