Aris Quartett

Aris Quartett arrives in Marburg on Friday, 25 September 2026, to open a cycle of all Beethoven string quartets. The concert takes place at Erwin-Piscator-Haus, the city's principal cultural center and theater, where the ensemble will perform three works spanning different periods of the composer's output: String Quartet No. 4 in C minor op. 18/4, the Große Fuge in B-flat major op. 133, and String Quartet No. 7 in F major op. 59/1. This is the first of two German dates for the cycle; the second will be held in October in Friedberg. Admission: 22 euros.
