Communication in an age of fake news and unwillingness to engage in dialogue - a subject that often leaves us speechless. This is precisely the challenge that Melanie Haupt and Judith Jakob tackle together with jazz musician Jonathan Bratoëff in their new stage programme.

Communication can illuminate and intoxicate, wound and connect - and all too often is simply ambivalent. And when words fail? Then only singing remains.

At the centre is Brigitte, an unemployed children's book author who accepts a job offer from the Black-and-White House. Her task: to explain an event that has already gone viral thanks to Googlehop, FinstaKram and their algorithms - in the simplest and most plausible way possible so that people don't lose their minds. Will Brigitte find the right words? And do such words even exist?
