Panzerballett feat. Virgil Donati - Übercode Œuvre Tour - Part III mit Starbesetzung an den Drums

The jazz-metal quintet led by guitarist, composer and arranger Jan Zehrfeld has achieved cult status on the global prog, math, djent, tech-metal and jazz-fusion scene. The band has developed a distinctive style through original compositions and radically reinterpreted covers - the legendary "Verkrassungen" - combining complex riffs with jazzy improvisations, presented with precision and sheer joy of playing. All in keeping with Zehrfeld's motto: "Headbangen mit Köpfchen" (headbanging with brains).

Virgil Donati has been one of the most influential drummers on the international fusion and progressive scene for decades. He is valued not only for his drumming but also for his skills as a composer and orchestrator. He has worked with Steve Vai, Allan Holdsworth, Tony MacAlpine, Kiko Loureiro, Scott Henderson and Steve Walsh, among others.

The programme features the current album "Übercode Œuvre", which has been internationally celebrated by critics and audiences and is considered one of the band's most ambitious works.
