Six voices, one piano, and a repertoire that crossed jazz, cabaret, and Weimar-era pop - the Comedian Harmonists conquered European stages in the late 1920s before Nazi racial laws tore the group apart in 1934. Their music lives on through tribute ensembles and a story that reached Broadway as recently as 2023.
