About: Bohren & Der Club of Gore

Formed in Mülheim an der Ruhr in 1988, this German trio fuses the weight of doom metal with slow, shadowy jazz - a sound they coined 'doom-ridden jazz' - across ten studio albums, with Sunset Mission (2000) remaining the touchstone of their catalogue.
