About: Rage Against the Machine

Formed in Los Angeles in 1991, RATM built their reputation on a raw collision of metal riffs, hip-hop rhythms, and uncompromising political protest - earning two Grammy Awards and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2023. Three studio albums, over 16 million records sold worldwide, and anthems like 'Killing in the Name' cemented their place in rock history.
