Royal Scottish National Orchestra

The Royal Scottish National Orchestra performs in Essen on Tuesday, 17 November 2026 at 20:00 at Philharmonie Essen. The prestigious Scottish orchestra is on a brief German tour, with its second date in Mannheim the following day. Philharmonie Essen, opened in 2004 in the city centre as part of the Aalto-Quartier cultural district, provides an ideal setting for this concert. The hall, designed by the gmp architectural firm, seats approximately 1,800 and is known for its excellent acoustics.
