About: Voivod

Formed in Québec in 1982, Voivod spent four decades building one of metal's most distinctive catalogs - sci-fi concept albums driven by dissonant riffs, odd time signatures and a restless creative vision. Their 2022 Juno Award-winning album Synchro Anarchy and the freshly released symphonic live record Symphonique (2026) show a band with no intention of standing still.
