Deep in the Black Forest, the Mercedes-Benz Genussausfahrt brings together automotive excellence and culinary refinement. Travelling in pairs, you take turns at the wheel and get to experience a range of highly exclusive models from the current Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG fleet. The route winds through the Black Forest with stunning views and three dedicated gourmet stops along the way.

The day begins in style with a welcome breakfast at restaurant Poké You in the Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter in Rastatt. A varied route then takes you through the idyllic Murg Valley into the heart of the Black Forest. Surrounded by nature and Black Forest elegance, you enjoy the main course at the renowned Schwarzwald Resort Dollenberg in Bad Peterstal-Griesbach. The menu offers a choice of whole-roasted Angus beef tenderloin with chanterelle cream, seasonal vegetables and gratin potatoes; sea bass fillet on Mediterranean vegetables with herb oil, bouillabaisse sauce and pommes risolées; or a vegetarian option of grilled oyster mushrooms with Parmesan risotto and pesto.

The sweet finale takes place on the rooftop of Hotel Steigenberger in Baden-Baden, with views over the city. There you are served a light spring creation of crispy shortcrust pastry, strawberry compote and a delicate white chocolate cream, rounded off with fresh basil. The route then brings you back to the starting point at Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter Rastatt.
