The Freiburg Christmas Circus Circolo offers a festive circus experience for the whole family from December 19, 2026 to January 6, 2027. Expect an international top-class programme featuring award-winning performers, carefully curated by the Mack family of producers with passion and an eye for the extraordinary. Breathtaking acrobatics, poetic imagery, wild comedy and rousing music blend into one celebration for all the senses.

On the double rope, performers captivate with headstands, obstacle jumps and human pyramids. When the Mesa Group performs at dizzying heights, your breath catches. After a long absence, this spectacular high-wire show returns to the Christmas Circus Circolo with four artists from Colombia.

Diabolo artists, stand-up comedians and jugglers Benny & Max astound with extraordinary tricks and breathtaking speed. Since winning the "Diabolo World Champion" title, this versatile duo has had doors open everywhere. When gentle rain falls in the ring, the Ukrainian aerial acrobat duo Rain unfolds their full poetry, creating images brimming with grace and emotion.

The Flying Stars from Chile dazzle with a stunning trapeze performance. The Selfmade Superheroes bring the circus tent to a boil with their breakdance show and pole performances.

Florian Blümel demonstrates international class with his award-winning artistic-bike act. On just one wheel, he combines extreme difficulty, elegance and tension - a performance that captivates audiences worldwide and now enchants Freiburg's public.

Mr & Mrs. Strange provide charming and quirky surprises: between magic, acting and juggling, comedy constantly appears and leads to wonderfully absurd moments.
