Behind the Scenes - the MANUFAKTUR

Join our event series "Behind the Scenes" for an exclusive look into the world of Mercedes-Benz.

Everything starts at the Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter in Sindelfingen with a warm welcome and an introductory film in the cinema room. Each event in the series takes you to a different part of the Sindelfingen plant, giving you a first-hand look at how the cars are made.

For this MANUFAKTUR edition, a small, exclusive group travels through the plant directly into the MANUFAKTUR workshop. There you will see how every individual customer wish is realised down to the finest detail - whether it's the headliner, the steering wheel or the seat cushions, each piece is crafted by hand in the material and colour of the customer's choice. You will also learn about the extraordinary personalisation options on offer and have the chance to ask the experts your questions.
