The Panik-Power-Band presents the most famous songs and beautiful ballads from 40 years of Udo Lindenberg's career. His double, Karsten Bald, founded the band in 2006, but has been active in the field of Panik studies for over 35 years: in 2003 he won the WAZ Double Competition and was subsequently introduced by WDR to his idol during a soundcheck, after which he performed with Udo in front of 8,000 spectators. Meanwhile, the master himself personally recommends him and occasionally stands in for him at afterparty events - for example at the Echo Awards 2014.

According to press reports, Karsten Bald is Germany's best Udo Lindenberg double. His voice, gestures, and appearance are so authentic that he can barely be distinguished from the original. His perfectly rehearsed band interprets the master's Panik classics authentically, powerfully, and with meticulous attention to detail. Their expertise comes directly from the Panik orchestra itself, as the Panik-Power-Band maintains close relationships with the musicians in Udo's band, who occasionally appear on stage as surprise guests.
