"Street Poetry and World Music"

The duo Lina Bó - Celina and Bó - brings its programme of German-language folk-pop and South American rhythms to the Stadthalle Limburg. Starting out as a street music project, the two weave stories of travel, arrival and togetherness into their songs - sometimes danceable, sometimes reflective and poetic. They are often compared to artists like ZAZ and Manu Chao.

About: Lina Bó

Lina Bó is a duo made up of Celina von Wrochem, a Cuban-born musician from Cologne, and Luca Bo Hansen from Flensburg, Denmark. They travel Europe in a self-converted tour bus, playing German-language folk-pop that blends South American warmth with northern European sensibility. Their songs shift between melancholy and danceable joy, touching on both personal and social themes. They have shared stages with Die Fantastischen Vier, Santiano and Jimmy Kelly.
