Comedy is everywhere. And Simon Pearce - he's got it in his bones. Sounds odd, but it's Funny. When he steps on stage, everyday life becomes comedy and everyday trouble becomes stand-up.

Now he's back with his fourth solo show: FUNNY BONES. The name says it all: everything Simon experiences lands straight on stage. Honest, charming, sometimes surprisingly deep - but always damn funny. Even the things that don't look remotely amusing at first glance get a hilariously unexpected twist. Because life loves to mess with him - and he makes sure it messes with us in the best possible way. There's enough to be annoyed about as it is.

In FUNNY BONES, Simon explores how much humour hides in perfectly ordinary madness: family life, fatherhood, living with his wife - and all those moments that should, by rights, drive you to despair. He observes, feels, exaggerates (just a little) and turns it all into sharp stand-up comedy.

His acting talent is his superpower: every scene comes alive. You see it, you feel it, you're right in the middle of it. Whether it's marital chaos, odd encounters or the small pitfalls of being a dad - Simon brings it all to the stage with an ease that's simply hard not to love.
