The Sinfonieorchester of the Hochsauerlandkreis Music School brings together music teachers and music enthusiasts from the region. Today it is conducted by Marcos Kopf, who continues the work of his predecessor Georg Scheuerlein.

The repertoire spans symphonic works, film music, and cross-genre projects featuring choir and soloists.
