Guter Dinge

Don't worry - this is not some feel-good fluff. The optimism behind this show has been hard-won, wrested from the jaws of an uncooperative reality. And the resulting performance, for all its many layers, manages to be both light on its feet and genuinely substantial.

It moves between stand-up comedy, music, freestyle rap and a certain favourite baker who once again hits satirical peak form. And because the whole spectacle is a unique experience every single time - not just for the audience but for the performer himself - Quichotte puts it this way: "The day can go however it wants. In the evening I step on stage, and then I'm definitely... guter Dinge! Besides, I can't afford pessimism."
