Jan Plewka & Marco Schmedtje - Between the Lights

With "Between the Bars" and "Between the 80's", Plewka and Schmedtje have enchanted audiences in numerous sold-out shows over recent years. In early 2026 they return to the stage with a brand-new programme, "Between the Lights", accompanied by a new EP.

The evening revolves around songs about death. Pieces like Killing Me Softly, The End, and Wonderful Life guide the listener through an emotional journey into their own existence - though the lighter, joyful moments in between are celebrated just as much. It's an evening that approaches the theme of farewell with tenderness, sometimes in a major key, sometimes in a minor one. Expect heartache, healing, tears, and laughter in equal measure.
