King of the Fools
"Too little for living, too much for dying." Germany is aging. Some already speak of the "Eternal Old Man." In the city, the party rages; in the countryside, the dog is dead, and some think: "After us, no rooster will crow. I think a horse will kick me; everyone is hoarding and acting like sheep on our mice. They've lost their minds, those political tigers; this greed of apes!"
Some are diligent as a bee, but when someone gets a louse on their liver, they become snails. There's a worm in it! And meanwhile, the small livestock just makes a mess, acts like rabbits, and buys a pig in a poke. They've gone crazy. Some odd bird is already screaming: "I'm a star, get me out of here!" But watch out; the next coalition deal is already lurking. And what's the blue elephant doing in the china shop?
Come to the conference of the Sa-animals and choose your new King of the Fools.
The house ensemble of Leipzig's Central Kabarett (FKK - Freie Kabarett Kultur Leipzig) André Bautzmann, Robert Günschmann, Jan Mareck, and Martin Joost present you with an evening of cabaret full of animals and music, featuring scenes written especially for this programme.
Directed by: Dieter Ohm.
