DIE HERKULESKEULE - Dresden's Cabaret Theatre - Only the Tough Come to the Garden!

Following the public success of DIE ERDE HAT EINE SCHEIBE, the HERKULESKEULE ensemble returns to the garden - with new texts and songs, but in the old tradition: against the grain, without regard for sensitivities from left to right, against thought bans and for peace.

Three cabaret performers argue with blunt spade but sharp tongue over the question: can one still plant a tree in this world? Or should one rather dig a bunker - as protection against left-wing fantasies of saving the world and right-wing dreams of the people, against language bans and the exclusion of all who think differently than a voluntarily like-minded press? Or is it all just smoke and mirrors in a new struggle over redistribution between rich and poor? HERKULESKEULE provides no answers - mocking the world and ridiculing themselves, in this the cabaret performers of this over 60-year-old traditional house are the professionals.
