Windsbacher Knabenchor performs on 18 July 2026 (Saturday) at 17:00 in Dom St. Blasien in St. Blasien. This is one of three German dates on the choir's tour. Dom St. Blasien is a late Baroque basilica with a dome, built between 1768 and 1783 after designs by French architect Michel d'Ixnard. Its rotunda, inspired by the Roman Pantheon, ranks among the largest church interiors of its kind in Germany. The acoustics of this sanctuary in the southern Black Forest provide exceptional conditions for choral music. Admission is 20 €.

About the venue: Dom St. Blasien

Dom St. Blasien is an 18th-century domed basilica in the southern Black Forest, built between 1768 and 1783 to designs by the French architect Michel d'Ixnard. Its rotunda, modelled on the Pantheon in Rome, is one of the largest church domes in Central Europe. Today the cathedral serves as the church of a Jesuit college and regularly hosts classical concerts and major ecclesiastical events.
