The Latvian choir Latvian Voices from Riga performs in St. Blasien on Saturday, 25 July 2026 at 17:00 in the Dom St. Blasien basilica. This is one of two German dates for the ensemble. The church, built between 1768 and 1783 after designs by French architect Michel d'Ixnard, ranks among the largest ecclesiastical structures in the southern Black Forest. Its rotunda, inspired by the Roman Pantheon, provides an exceptional setting for classical music. Admission is 20 €.

About the venue: Dom St. Blasien

Dom St. Blasien is an 18th-century domed basilica in the southern Black Forest, built between 1768 and 1783 to designs by the French architect Michel d'Ixnard. Its rotunda, modelled on the Pantheon in Rome, is one of the largest church domes in Central Europe. Today the cathedral serves as the church of a Jesuit college and regularly hosts classical concerts and major ecclesiastical events.
