50 Years of LJSO Hessen | Chamber Concert

Amelio Trio performs in Frankfurt on Sunday, 9 August 2026 at 15:30 in the hr-Sendesaal of Hessischer Rundfunk. This chamber concert marks the 50th anniversary of LJSO Hessen and is one of two German dates for the ensemble. The program features Mendelssohn's String Octet performed by current and former members of the orchestra, alongside works by the award-winning Amelio Trio. The hr-Sendesaal is a concert hall of Hessischer Rundfunk, the public broadcaster of the state of Hesse, built in the 1950s for radio recordings and live broadcasts. Admission is 18 euros.
