STERN COMBO MEISSEN - ... und die Wege sind noch weit

Founded in 1964 in Meissen, Saxony, by Martin Schreier and fellow musicians, STERN COMBO MEISSEN is an art rock legend that continues to impress with its freshness and innovative approach to music. After a successful jubilee tour "60 Jahre ... der weite Weg" featuring over 60 sold-out concerts, the band returns to stages in 2025/26 with new material.

September 2024 brought the release of "Die Himmelsscheibe von Nebra", which earned acclaim from both audiences and critics. Vocalist, keyboardist, and composer Manuel Schmid once again proved himself as the creative driving force of the band, crafting a work dedicated to this remarkable artifact from human history.

The tour will feature classic hits such as "Der Kampf um den Südpol", "Die Sage", "Der weite Weg", "Stundenschlag", "Wir sind die Sonne", "Eine Nacht", "Nimm die Welt in die Hand", and excerpts from the conceptual album "Weißes Gold". Drawing from a rich catalog of over 12 released studio albums, the band crafts each concert as a unique experience.
