Klaus Karl-Kraus: "Kerwa-Gschmarri mit KKK" - Franconian CULT Cabaret
Stadthalle Gunzenhausen, Germany
26 €
A beer-garden bench under a canopy of leaves, a freshly poured Mass in hand - that's how the Franconian Kerwa begins, as KKK tells it. In his show "Kerwa-Gschmarri", Klaus Karl-Kraus takes the audience along for the ride: from the obligatory stop at the children's carousel (the little fire engine is still there, naturally) all the way back to the beer and memories of that first flirtatious glance at the Kerwa.
Sip by sip, you work your way through the Franconian stages of inebriation: Seier, Dambers, Qualm, Durchblicker.
Klaus Karl-Kraus calls himself a Franconian Aboriginal and has been awarded the "Nobel Prize of Franconians" - the Frankenwürfel - an honour reserved for true Franconians. And the best part: you don't have to be an Aboriginal to get the jokes.
