Description was written before the event

Claudia Michelsen dedicates her reading evening to the life of Marlene Dietrich - drawing on texts and personal recollections that paint a portrait of a woman caught between glamour and vulnerability.

At the heart of it stands a woman who defied conventions, crossed boundaries, and constantly reinvented herself.
