Awesome Scampis

AWESOME SCAMPIS from the Ruhr region play ska-punk and pop-punk with a brass section and German-language lyrics. The eight musicians from Kamen have been active since 2005, bringing trumpet, trombone and saxophone to the stage. Their songs tackle everyday life, love and friendship alongside depression and political topics - always with a wink and a healthy dose of self-deprecation. Their third studio album "Zeit für Plan B" was released on 31 May 2024.

Over the years, AWESOME SCAMPIS have played countless shows at home and abroad, including support slots for Sondaschule, Russkaja, Montreal, Rantanplan, Mad Caddies, Jaya the Cat and Buster Shuffle. They are regular guests at festivals such as Eselrock (Wesel), Juicy Beats (Dortmund) and Rock am Beckenrand (Wolfshagen im Harz).
