Since their founding in 2005, the band has performed countless live shows at home and abroad. They have played festival and club stages with major acts and as support for bands like Sondaschule, Russkaja, Montreal, and Rantanplan. International acts such as Mad Caddies, Jaya the Cat, and Buster Shuffle have also supported them in their opening slots. Since their performances at Eselrock (Wesel), Juicy Beats (Dortmund), and as regular guests at Rock am Beckenrand (Wolfshagen im Harz), AWESOME SCAMPIS are also known to larger festival audiences.

Their third studio album "Zeit für Plan B" was released on 31.05.2024.
