Erhard Dietl: Hurra, the Olchis Are Coming! - Adapted by Sonja Soydan — Klosterhof, Langenzenn

With Erhard Dietl's Hurra, the Olchis Are Coming, adapted by Sonja Soydan, © Aufführungsrechte: Bühnenverlag Weitendorf, Hamburg, we bring a true classic to Klosterhof Langenzenn: the green garbage lovers from Schmuddelfing have delighted children and families for over 30 years and have long since conquered theatrical and film screens. The open-air version is perfectly suited to our Klosterhof. We are thrilled to have obtained the performance rights. The 14-member children's ensemble is already rehearsing enthusiastically.

This time, the Olchis are heading on vacation:
The Olchis travel to Gammelsberg - a place that is even dirtier than Schmuddelfing. While the residents carelessly leave their garbage lying around everywhere, the Olchis are thrilled. The mayor has a very different view: she wants to finally solve the garbage problem and asks Professor Brausewein for help. With her newly invented time machine, she takes a look into the future - hoping to find a solution there. Of course, the Olchis cannot pass up this adventure.
After a small incident that takes them to ancient Rome, they finally stumble upon an idea for garbage recycling that is both unusual and appetizing.

The production is entertaining, fast-paced, and due to its subject matter and text content is suitable for children from around 6 years old. The performance lasts approximately 70 minutes.
