Simon & Garfunkel - Tribute meets Classic - Graceland Duo with String Quartet and Band

With songs like "The Sound of Silence", "Cecilia", "Mrs. Robinson" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water", Simon & Garfunkel created some of the most enduring folk-rock classics of all time. "Mrs. Robinson" became a worldwide hit in 1969 through the film "The Graduate", "The Boxer" (1968) is celebrated as a deeply moving tribute to the resilient spirit, and "Bridge Over Troubled Water" (1970) entered music history as a composition of quiet, lasting beauty.

The Graceland duo - Thomas Wacker as Paul Simon and Thorsten Gary as Art Garfunkel - has spent years honouring the musical legacy of their idols, touring Germany with the programme "A Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel". Two voices and two guitars join forces with a string quartet and band to bring the duo's classics to life in a fresh, fuller sound.
