Description was written before the event

Theatre production based on Franz Kafka's novella "The Metamorphosis", performing on 25 September 2026 at 20:00 in the Kleines Haus & Studiobühne in Dessau-Roßlau.

About the venue: Kleines Haus & Studiobühne

The Kleines Haus and its Studiobühne form the smaller stages of the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau, one of the oldest multi-genre theatres in Germany. While the grand house seats a large audience, the Kleines Haus offers an intimate setting for spoken theatre, and the Studiobühne hosts experimental and chamber-format productions. Together they give the ensemble space to stage work that the main house cannot.
